If you are a member of Dorset HealthCare and have volunteered for the COVID-19 Lateral Flow Testing programme, please register using your personal or work email (which ever is most convenient) before, or as soon as possible after collecting a testing kit.

Please click on your username (top right) and click on ‘Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust’ link and confirm your ‘account type’ to finalise registration so that you can submit your lateral flow test results.
